GETTING STARTED

How to get in, and what to do once you spawn.

    Update CS2

    Let Steam finish updating CS2 before you join, or the server may turn you away.

    Join the Discord

    Rules, announcements, and people who can help when something’s confusing.

    Pick a server

    Choose the one nearest you on the Servers page. The first join downloads the city map, so give it a few minutes.

    Sign in here

    Optional. Sign in through Steam and your money, cars, ranks and trophies show up in your player hub.

Your first five minutes

You spawn with $500 and bare hands. Put your cash in the bank at an ATM, because cash on you can be robbed.

    Pick a job and walk to itGas Attendant, Miner, Fisherman and Salvager are open right away. GO THERE puts the site on your compass.

    Clock in on sitePress CLOCK IN on the phone or E at the time clock. Ten minutes later you get paid.
  4. !inv
    Check your bagPlace, use, drop or sell anything you’re carrying.
  5. !help
    Lost?Prints every command in chat. Or ask someone in chat.

What is CSRP?

A Counter-Strike 2 roleplay server run by Dropp. You spawn with $500, work jobs, and spend what you earn on cars, houses and businesses. Your progress is saved between sessions.

Can I join right now?

Check the Servers page. If a server shows an address, it’s open. New addresses get posted in the Discord.

Does it cost anything?

No. CS2 is free to play and CSRP is free to join. In-game money can’t be bought with real money.

Will I lose my progress?

No. Your money, bank, level, job, bag, cars and safe are saved to your Steam ID and survive restarts. Houses are the exception: if you’re offline for 24 hours, your house goes back on the market and you get the same refund as selling it. A copy is kept on this website too, so even a server move doesn’t wipe you.

What do you store about me?

Your Steam ID, your Steam name and your progress on the server (money, job, cars, houses, items and stats). We use it to run the server, back up your save and show the leaderboards. We never see your Steam password, and we don’t sell or share any of it. To have it deleted, message us in the Discord.

Can this get my Steam account banned?

No. CSRP runs on the server and you install nothing yourself. CS2 downloads the map from the Workshop, the same as any community map, and you join from the console or the server browser.

Do I need roleplay experience?

No. Pick a job and ask in chat if you get stuck.

Can I stream it?

Yes, stream it like any CS2 game. Front page listings for CSRP streamers open once Twitch linking is switched on.
